Non-profit NTEN.org increases its reach and legacy with presentations

The Nonprofit Technology Network, NTEN, is a membership organization that works with the community of technologists who serve non profits. NTEN helps its members in a number of ways – by educating them about use of technology as well as spearheading research and advocacy for non profits. Throughout the year, NTEN works with nonprofits, and also the vendors who serve non profits. In 2000, NTEN launched its first conference, now called the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC). How to Ignite your town

You may have heard of, or better yet attended, an evening of Ignite. Ignite is an event organized by volunteers, where participants are given five minutes to speak about their ideas and personal or professional passions, accompanied by 20 slides. Each slide is displayed for 15 seconds, and slides are automatically advanced.
