Sorry for downtime, we are back for everyone now

Yesterday evening, our hosting provider had planned to make some network upgrades. We were aware of the plans – and expected some hiccups in the service on Sunday evening. However, the hiccups turned into full outage for many users across the world, and extended into Monday afternoon.

We just got the signal that everything is back to normal. I personally confirmed this with many of our Twitter followers and it seems like all is fine now.

Our sincere apologies regarding this outage. We provide a business service that many of you depend on. We are working with our hosting provider to make sure we don’t have such extended outages again.
