    I’m trying to close my account. The delete account button does not work. I’ve tried cancelling my subscription to emails and the newsletter, but they are still arriving.

    What do I do? Can someone help please because this has been going on for months.

    PS: I daren’t seek help from Zendesk (?) as that would mean yet another subscription from which I would probably never be able to escape.
