Problems accessing SlideShare?

We’ve been getting intermittent reports over the past couple of weeks about users not being able to access the SlideShare home page or that the stylesheet doesn’t load (”all text on the left”) among other things.

We try to respond to all feedback we receive on SlideShare but obviously a few fall through the cracks here and there. I’ve put together a few pointers to help us get to the problem quicker (and also help improve your experience of SlideShare)

• If you have any trouble on the site, use our feedback form to tell us about it!
• In your feedback, try to be as descriptive as possible, tell us exactly what you were doing when something went wrong, take a screenshot of your browser with the error.
• Add me as a contact on SlideShare and send me a message or email: ashwan@slideshare.com in case you don’t get a response from feedback.
• Clearing your browser cache sometimes solves many issues.
