Dreamforce06 presentations on slideshare

One of our motivations in building SlideShare was to provide conference organisers an easy way of archiving & sharing presentations. When the conference ends, everybody promises to send his/her presentations across, but that rarely happens. The organisers end up chasing the speakers endlessly for their slides and then emailing them across to the interested people. We organise small time conferences (or unconferences) ourselves and so we know that painful experience. And thats exactly what we have tried to solve using SlideShare.

Salesforce.com just got finished their Dreamforce06 conference. And they have uploaded their presentations to SlideShare. They now have a permanent archive of their presentations to be shared with employees, clients and customers.

    Amit, slideshare’s definitely a great tool for sharing conference content. I do think you need to work a little more on enterprise use cases, but plenty of time for that. We’re glad to be early adopters, and thanks for your great service!
